[![image.png](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/scaled-1680-/KYjjI41rXrr73ywk-image.png)](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/KYjjI41rXrr73ywk-image.png)

Here you see all the required information you have to fill in.

- Name of the child
- CPR of the child (danish SSN)
- Gestational age
- Due date (automatically calculated based on CPR and gestational age)
- The responseable clinician (prefilled with you)
- Email of the first parent
- Optionally, email of the second parent

Then, scroll down and press "Save and send to parents".
This sends an email to the parents, requesting their consent to use this system to process their childs data.
If your department is setup this special way, the parents will also be asked if they consent to the videos of their child being used for research and education.

The parent(s) will receive a link, where they can read and grant these consents.
Once one of the parents have given consent, the GMA course will change status to "Consent given" and you just have to wait for the system to do it's thing.
If the parents do not consent their data will automatically be deleted 19 weeks after the due date.

Once consent is given, the system will automatically notify the parents when it is time to submit a video.
This happens at week 12 and 14, and the parents have 3 weeks to submit each video.

# Give an assessment

How to give a rating on a submitted recording.

When a parent responds to one of the notifications to upload a video of their child, you, the responsible clinician, will receive an email about this, and the recording will be shown on your dashboard.

Clicking the link in the email, or the record in the list on your dashboard, redirects you to the recording, and a list of assessments of this specific recording.

At the top of this page, you will find two buttons: Give assessment and [invite colleague to give an assessment](https://docs.tsnocode.com/books/sundhedsvideo/page/invite-a-colleague).

[![image.png](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/scaled-1680-/SBxcaYLbMSeXGiap-image.png)](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/SBxcaYLbMSeXGiap-image.png)
Because this is test data, the name and age of recording of the child is missing, and it is a random video of a fireplace.

When clicking "Give assessment", yout will be shown the following page.

[![image.png](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/scaled-1680-/xLRqDPZTPoAntaLH-image.png)](https://docs.tsnocode.com/uploads/images/gallery/2026-05/xLRqDPZTPoAntaLH-image.png)

On this page you can select a classification and sub-classification and write a couple of notes, if needed.
Once you are done, click the "save" button and you will be redirected back to the recording.
